ip_whitelist, and the three deal limits. Limit pointer semantics:
missing = unchanged, 0 = cleared (NULL), >0 = set (in minor
units). The min/max pair is checked for consistency. Status,
balances, and fees are admin-only. Authentication: cabinet JWT.
