[FEATURE] Bilingual documentation — English is now the primary language
- The public Merchant API documentation is now bilingual (Stripe canon):
English lives at the site root (
/api/merchant-api/...), Russian at/ru/api/merchant-api/.... Every page, the OpenAPI specification and the interactive API Reference are available in both languages; search, sitemap and hreflang alternates are split per locale. - The downloadable OpenAPI spec: English at
/openapi.yaml, Russian at/openapi.ru.yaml. The structures are identical (verified by a parity check). - Historical changelog entries (below the 2026-10 cutover) stay in Russian — see the Russian locale for the full history. New entries are published in both languages from this date onward.
History: Russian only. Changelog entries published before the bilingual cutover (2026-10) are documented in Russian and are not translated. New entries are published in both English and Russian from the cutover date onward.
